Fees

We always discuss our fees with you during a first contact.

The fee is usually calculated in billable hours, which are based on an hourly rate that is determined in function of, among other things:

  • the degree of difficulty
  • the urgency
  • the scope of the dispute

In addition to the fee, we also charge for office costs (including administration, secretarial services, telephony, copies). We estimate these costs on a flat-rate basis or in a detailed manner.

Court costs and expenses to third parties (including court registry costs, costs of bailiffs, experts, interpreters) are either paid directly by the client or advanced by us and charged to the cost price.

For the duration of a case, we work with commission statements and detailed interim statements. When the case is closed, we draw up a detailed final statement.
